Miss Carolina, our Founder and Head of School, has spent over 35 years guiding and inspiring young learners. She holds degrees in Child Development and Child Psychology, and has dedicated her life to helping children grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy.

Miss. Annel
Education Director
Miss Annel, our Director, has seven years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including five at Chandler’s Playhouse, and holds a degree in Early Childhood Development. She brings expertise and passion to her role as Education Director.
Miss. Gisselle
Assistant Director & Head Teacher
Miss Gisselle holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings five years of experience to her role. With an energetic spirit and passion for nurturing young minds, she encourages growth while inspiring curiosity and creativity.
Miss. Claire
Head Teacher
Miss Claire holds degrees in Childhood Development and Child Psychology and spent a year in Spain expanding her dual language skills. As a CPS alumna and former summer staff member, she brings valuable experience and a deep understanding of our school’s program and culture.
Miss. Tiah
School Coordinator
Miss Tiah, our School Coordinator, has extensive experience in marketing, management, and production. Dedicated and versatile, she is currently completing her degree in Child Development, and pairs professional expertise with the unique insight of being a Chandler’s parent.
