Our Team

All our educators and staff complete the following pre-hire requisites: State and federal background checks, fingerprinting with the DOJ & FBI, CPR & First Aid certified, Mandated Reporter certified, TB tested, and health screened by a physician.

Miss. Carolina

Founder & Head of School

Miss Carolina, Founder and Head of School, brings over three decades of experience in early childhood education. With advanced training in Child Development and Child Psychology, she is devoted to guiding young children with intention, wisdom, and care—nurturing confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Miss. Annel

Education Director

Miss Annel, our Director, has seven years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including five at Chandler’s Playhouse, and holds a degree in Early Childhood Development. She brings expertise and passion to her role as Education Director.

Miss Gisselle holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings five years of experience to her role. With an energetic spirit and passion for nurturing young minds, she encourages growth while inspiring curiosity and creativity.

Miss. Claire

Caterpillar Head Teacher

Miss Claire holds a dual degree in Childhood Development and Child Psychology from UC Santa Cruz, and spent a year in Spain immersing her dual language skills. As a CPS alumna and former summer staff member, she brings valuable experience and a deep understanding of our school’s program and culture.

Our lovely Mrs.Ceci has been a huge and gleeful addition to our school and kitchen. With decades of restaurant and service experience, we have been tickled pink by the creations Mrs.Ceci and our wonderful Ms.Licha have provided our students.
